For a fifth straight year, Texas REALTORS® was named a Platinum-level council  in the 2023 NAR Global Achievement Program.

The program recognizes the most active associations in global business and assesses association activities in five areas: business plan, marketing and communication, events/education, outreach, and benchmarking. Associations who achieve this status have displayed a commitment to helping members capture their share of the global real estate market in the United States in addition to connecting their council and members to the global community in their local area. 

The Global Achievement Program aims to acknowledge and incentivize the most active associations engaged in global business. Of the 130-plus global business councils nationwide, each of these organizations has illustrated unwavering dedication to assisting members in seizing opportunities within the global real estate market in the United States. Additionally, they excel in connecting their council and members to the global community within their local area.

Participating councils fall into four status classifications – Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond – determined by their level of activity. Councils are not required to fulfill every criterion for a given status level if the size or demographics of their parent association make it impractical. Achieving each status classification involves a case-by-case evaluation and is announced by the National Association of REALTORS® Engagement Team. A council's status year commences at NAR's REALTORS® Conference & Expo.

Councils undergo evaluation in five key focus areas: Business Plan, Marketing & Communication, Events/Education, Outreach, and Benchmarking.

Receiving the Platinum-level council recognition in the NAR Global Achievement Program for the fifth consecutive year is an honor we cherish.
